The screen has specially designed bi-directional vibrations which prevent blinding of sieves. The material to be screened is feed from the top & collected simultaneously from outlets of different decks. These screens can handle wide range of materials such as heavy, dry, wet coarse or fine. We manufactures various sizes to suit individual requirements in M.S. and S.S. construction. Features: Replacing or adding of extra deck and screen frame is simple operation. Even lower deck could be changed without disturbing the upper decks. The screen is totally enclosed such that no dusting takes place even in the finest classification. This design of machine consumes less power than other traditional screens of identical capacity. The screen is normally manufactured using allthe contact parts of AISI 304 stainless steel. However, screen in M.S. construction can be manufactured on request due to cost consideration. The screen works on solid liquid separation efficiently. As the screen vibrates in multiplane the holes of the screen remain clear. Additional antiblinding system is provided for difficult and wet materials. Due to advanced vibration technology the separation is near perfect. The screen cloth is held in the frame very tight by a special process. This gives long life to the screen. The machine has perfectly designed coil springs so that no vibrations are transferred on the floor.
