|Hammer Mill Machine|
A hammer mill machine works on the principle of impact and pulverization. Material is fed into the mill's chamber, where a high-speed rotating rotor equipped with swinging hammers strikes the material, breaking it down through impact force.
The crushed material is then forced through a perforated screen, which controls the final particle size. Larger particles that don’t pass through the screen are re-circulated for further grinding.
The machine is widely used for reducing material size in industries such as agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and recycling.
