The manufacturing process is comprised of 4 basic operation which are as under: 1.ASM MACHINE (GRINDING MACHINE) Grinders grind the raw material to really fine powder (upto 300 mesh) so that it can easily blend with liquid binder and other powders in the downstream process 2.RIBBON MIXTURE The fine powder is mixed with suitable liquid binder and other powders using Mixers which ensures that a uniform mix is created 3.Screening Screening Machines screen the mix to ensure uniform particle size of the final product 4.Packing The final material is packed into 50-100 lbs bags and dispatched.
